The Event Beverage Co. is headed up by former Super Yacht Captain and event & festival catering veteran, Philip Hopson, who has a wealth of experience in the hospitality and event industry.



Fully inclusive
Our service is all inclusive - so we take care of everything from equipment supply, transport, installation, testing, servicing, amazing staff, branded cups and accompaniments, snacks, soft drinks - you name it!
Whether you require an indoors bar unit or a trailer to be sited outdoors - we are able to help with every requirement.
Our coffee
Having an ethically produced coffee which suits a wide range of tastes and palates is very important for us.
Our choice blend is a ‘Continental Roast’ for its well blended variety of flavour profiles.
We have worked with our coffee roasters for 13 years now!
Traceability and sustainability is key. Not only do they support Fairtrade International, Rainforest Alliance, and Women’s Cooperatives like AMPROCAL, but they are committed to paying growers a fair price for the coffee at source.

An excellent bartender, a well stocked bar and a creative and innovative menu, can truly transform an event.
From glassware to napkins and everything in between- we provide everything needed to set up a full bar and more!
We are big believers in sourcing the freshest, local and seasonal ingredients to use in our bar stock. Our team can work with you to create signature beverages - totally unique to yourselves - leaving your guests with something spectacular to remember.
Branding options
We can supply a range of branded options from compostable and recyclable cups (double wall as standard) and sleeves, to napkins and a range of bar units which can be adorned with logo's, graphics and messaging to suit your requirements.

Our management are personal license holders and we can take care of all licensing requirements for your event.
Managing our carbon footprint, sustainability and ethical practices are all part of our mission. Compostable packaging, minimal wastage and energy saving practices are used wherever physically possible.
